Log Into Your cPanel Account

Instructions on how to access your cPanel and Customer Area are emailed to you when your account is provisioned. Follow the instructions and get in touch if you have any issues. If you have lost the email with the instructions, or have lost the password, you can reset it via your Customer Area as shown in the Resetting Your cPanel Password instructions below.

Login URL:

Use your domain name to log in. You can also use the IP address in the welcome email that you received (or the server name) to log in. The following are dummy examples; your specifications will be particular to your account and site.

If you cannot remember your password or otherwise have problems getting access, you'll need to submit a ticket and verify your identity before we can reset it manually for you.

Reset Your cPanel Password

To reset your cPanel password:
  1. Log in to the Customer Area:
  2. In the Your Services section click Your Services
  3. To the right of your hosting package click on View Details

    View Details
  4. In the the second tab, Change Password, reset your password

You can log in to your cPanel from the first tab, Information, which has a Go to cPanel Login Page button at the bottom.
