You can easily reset your cPanel password via your Customer Area. To change your cPanel password:

1. Log in to your Customer Area: https://secure.hostnine.com/billing/clientarea.php
2. Click Your Services, located in the Your Services section
3. To the right of the service/product in question click View Details
4. Click the Change Password tab
5. Type in your new password in the two ensuing blanks and click Save Changes
