Unsuspend a Hosting Account in Reseller Central

To unsuspend an account under your reseller account that you have suspended please do the following:

  1. Login to Reseller Central by visiting
  2. Under "Account Functions" click on "Unsuspend Account"
  3. Select the domain you wish to unsuspend from the drop down list
  4. Click "Unsuspend Account"

Note: if you are unable to unsuspend an account via this method and receive the message that the account has been locked by HostNine, please contact the abuse department for more information regarding the suspension by submitting a ticket here.
