Suspend an Account in Reseller Central

You may want to suspend an account under your reseller account for various reasons, for example if the customer has not paid their bill or has content that violates your ToS.  To suspend a hosting account follow the following steps:

1) Login to Reseller Central by visiting

2) Under "Account Functions" click on "Suspend Account"

3) Select the domain name you wish to suspend

4) Enter a suspension reason (i.e. Failure to Pay, ToS violations, etc...)

5) Click "Suspend Account"
